Red Barn Jewelers is a small handmade jewelry stand in Canyon, Texas. This page says what this website keeps about you and what we do with it. The short version: we keep what we need to make your order and get it to you, and nothing else.
What we keep
- Your name, so we know whose order it is.
- Your cell phone number, so we can tell you when it is ready or on its way.
- Your mailing address, only if you ask us to ship or drop off an order.
- Your ring size, the notes you type, and any photo you add to your order or custom request.
- Whether your order was paid and how (cash, Venmo, Cash App or card). Never a card number, bank detail or Venmo login.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing texts or emails. Texts are about your order only.
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The only cookie this site sets is the one that keeps our own staff signed in.
- We never take payment on this site. Venmo and Cash App buttons open those apps, and your payment is between you and them.
Texts
If you leave the box ticked, we text you about your order: that we have it, and that it is ready or on its way. Message and data rates may apply. You can untick the box, or tell us to stop at any time, and we will. If texts are sent by an automated service, replying STOP ends them.
Who else sees it
The people working the stand see your order so they can make it. The website and its database run on a hosting service in the United States. If automated texting is switched on, your phone number and the text pass through a text messaging provider. That is everyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as business records. Ask us and we will remove your name, phone number, address, notes and photos from an order. The sale itself (what was made and what was paid) stays in our books without your details.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian should place the order.

Talk to us at the stand, or reply to any text we sent you about your order. To see, fix or remove what we hold about you, just ask.
